Production Assistant

Full - Time

We are looking for a full-time Production Assistant to join our roastery team in Marsden. If you’re organised, diligent, happy to work within a busy team, in a physically demanding job, and interested in coffee, we’d love to hear from you. This role includes driving, so you must have a clean, full driving licence.  

This job involves: 

• Packing coffee using semi-automated equipment, and by hand 
• Supporting roasting by assisting with weighing out green coffee batches 
• Assisting with on-site logistics, using vans and forklifts to transport stock between our warehouse and production buildings  
• Providing cover for our local deliveries 
• Keeping the roastery clean, organised, and safe 
• Recording weights, batch numbers and packing information accurately 

Applicants must have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to obtain a forklift operator licence (training provided)

Starting annual salary circa £27,500 with opportunities to progress.
